- Go through the Feedback Assessment to ensure competency - and to establish certainty in your mind as the expert coach that you will become.
- Live Mentorship Calls: including coaching demonstrations with robust feedback, teaching lessons, open Q&A, and mastermind sessions on targeted coaching challenges.
- After 12 months in the program, and having demonstrated at least twice to our Faculty in mentorship calls, you will have the opportunity to become an EL-Approved coach and offered opportunities to provide coaching as part of Paul's Mentorship programs and potentially to be part of the Coaching faculty within Empowered Living.
