Real life practical application of the coaching process is the only way to go from Good to Great - this program sets you up for success with bi-weekly coaching partnerships and weekly live mentorship calls.

When I started this course, I quickly decided that I didn’t necessarily want to be a coach, but I knew the learning would be key to whatever I do moving forward.
I’ve spent the last 3 to 4 years “in the question” of how to get better results by asking better questions. One thing this program has done for me is to help me ask better questions.
I’ve been able – for the most part – to move away from closed-ended questions, never asking why, and trying to get the “client” to answer their own questions.
As a former COO, I’m used to solving problems, so at present I’m moving into a sort of hybrid model of consulting and coaching and am now very purposely framing my questions to engage feedback from clients that might not otherwise be forthcoming.
